Notice for 2^nd Phase of PG Admission

This is for information of all concerned that there remain vacancies in seats after 1^st Phase of Admission to 1^st Year M. A. courses (Bengali and English) for the session 2020-21. The 2^nd Phase of Admission to fill up the vacant seats will be started on 19.11.2020 (Thursday) at 12:01 AM [in the night of 18.11.2020 (Wednesday) beyond 11:59 PM] and will be closed on 28.11.2020 (Saturday) at 11:59 PM.

The Provisional Merit List for 2^nd Phase of Admission will be generated by the on-line admission software in a Subject wise, Reservation wise format and will be published on 01.12.2020 (Tuesday) after 9 AM. Note that this list will be provisional of which applicants may appeal for correction of errors, if any as stated below. All the applicants are requested to wait for the publication of Final Merit List.

If there is any discrepancy in the provisional merit list, the applicants are requested to inform about it via email at admission-pg@tgc.ac.in on 01.12.2020 (Tuesday) and 02.12.2020 (Wednesday). Last Date and Time for information of any type of discrepancy is 02.12.2020 (Wednesday) at 11:59 PM.

The Final (1^st) Merit List will be generated online in a Subject wise, Reservation wise format and will be published on 03.12.2020 (Thursday) after 9 AM.

The applicants whose names appear in the Final (1^st) Merit List which will be published on 03.12.2020 (Thursday) after 9 AM will pay the Admission Fee online. The applicants can pay this fee starting from 03.12.2020 (Thursday) [after publication of final merit list] till the date 08.12.2020 (Tuesday) & time 11.59 PM.

The 2^nd Merit List for 2^nd Phase of Admission to 1^st Year PG Courses (Bengali and English) 2020 will be promulgated at College Web-site if only there remain vacancies after completion of 1^st List aspirants.
